EXA Infrastructure enters the market after the sale of GTT assets

After nearly a year of waiting, GTT Communications has finally closed the sale of its infrastructure division to I Squared Capital, resulting in the creation of a new company called EXA Infrastructure.

Meanwhile EXA has announced a new partnership with Cinturion to use the Trans Europe Asia System to connect Italy with the Middle East via dual routes.

The company will deploy a second land transport route between Spain and Lisbon that will connect to the provider's Spanish backbone network.
